If you go too dark then it will call attention to the grout rather than the.

I know this sounds like i m overreacting but take it from people who have grouted 7 bathroom floors 3 showers 3 mudrooms and 2 backsplashes in the last two years.
We used platinum grey grout and it looks great.
I hear it quite often dark grout can sometimes seep into the sides of a light marble and stain it causing it to look dingy overall.
We also did floor in carrara marble with the same grey grout which tied it all together.

The contractor swears that there is no way that the grout stained the stone and that the grout is just making the stone look darker.

My vote is white it will keep the marble looking pristine and will darken a bit over time matching the look of natural carrara quite well.
The tiles have the most minimum grout joints possible so it s hardly noticable.

Delorean grey is pretty dark in my opinion.
The edges of the tile are much more absorbent and if the grout color is dark then the dark water from the grout will absorb into the edges of the tile and create a picture frame stain.
